What are the best areas of Seattle to live in?
We're interested in knowing what areas are good for young people who are interested in nightlife, as well as areas that are good for families and so are a bit quieter.

Capitol Hill: I lived there for 2 years. Loved the bars on Pike and Pine but Broadway and 15th have great spots too. I lived at 13th and Republican, nice and central.
My second pick would be Fremont (incredible water views), next would be Queen Anne.
