3.9 You will not send or distribute unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, chain letters, spam, pyramid schemes, or any other type of solicitation to other members, nor will you stalk, harass or unreasonably disturb any other member.
3.10 You may not use Island X for any illegal purpose in any country or jurisdiction.
4.1 You own all profile content posted on Island X. By posting your profile information on our website, you automatically grant Island X a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such content. This license is terminated when you delete your content or terminate your profile, unless such content has been shared with other members who have not deleted it or shared it on discussion boards, groups or location boards where content will persist until the relevant feature is removed.
4.2 We reserve the right to remove content posted members for reasons including but not limited content that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or because it may infringe or violate any party's intellectual property or privacy.
4.3 You understand and agree that you may encounter content on Island X with which you disagree or find objectionable, and that you use the website with this understanding and acceptance, and do not hold Island X liable.
